Whether you are single or in a relationship, a college student or a grandfather, a father, step-father, uncle, significant other, etc. – there is no denying that men have very unique and specific issues that we are confronted by in our lives. Learning how to balance family, relationships, work, and other demands placed upon us poses a significant challenge to our personal resources.
Anger, fear and sadness are normal emotions although many men are not comfortable with expressing them, or only express them in unhealthy ways. If we are not careful we can become overwhelmed and lose focus on those things which are most important.
When we move to embrace our emotions and choose to live more presently – we change our lives, and the lives of those we love.
